Information on the processing of persona data

Securing your personal data

Right to information

We also have the right, stating our justified reasons, to reject requests for information that are groundless, are excessively repetitive, or whose acquisition would require excessive effort or would otherwise be difficult to acquire (e.g. from back up files and archives).

Right to data portability

You are entitled to acquire the data we record about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Upon your request, this data may be transferred to another data controller.

Updating data, right to rectification

Since personal data may change over time (e.g. surnames ), we would be happy if you informed us of any change in order that we could keep your data up-to-date and so prevent the possible occurrence of errors. The submission of information on data changes is essential for us to properly carry out our activities as data controller. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you suspect that the recorded data is not accurate or that we are processing it illegally, also if you suspect that we no longer require such data for the purposes of its processing.

Right to erasure

If you have previously granted us consent to process your personal data, you are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent, and we shall be obliged to erase that data we process exclusively based upon your consent. The right of erasure does not relate to data processed in the context of obligations relating to contractual performance, statutory reasons, or legitimate interests.
